YFE Is Looking for Some Creativity

I am looking for a whole new look for YFE. That is why I decided the best way to find some talent was to reach out to you, our readers. I'm looking for a Graphic Designer, with some formal education and training to redesign our website and create a logo for us. Someone who is familiar with CSS as the next platform I want to have will be Wordpress. I am on a strict minimal budget (blogging is no get rich quick program) and would like this process to be as painless and professional as possible. I will need to see examples of some previous work and will need to be in receipt of a formal bid with specifications.
